Synopsis

As a teenager, Kate has a tough time adjusting to her new home in the suburbs when she discovers the previous tenant disappeared mysteriously. No one in town seems to have any idea what happened. Then one weekend she unearths a box from her closet filled with polaroids, film cassettes and diary entries documenting the lives of her neighbours. Alone, she discovers evidence to suggest the previous home owner had more than a sudden disappearance. Unable to share her findings with the police or her parents, she takes it upon herself to seek the truth and solve the dark mysteries of her new town. When the neighbourhood discovers her plans, they do everything in their powers to stop her. What deep secrets will she unearth and how well will she fair against such a tight-knit community by herself?
